Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2026

Welcome to rightnowfitness.in (the "Site"). This Affiliate Disclosure explains how we earn revenue and how that relates to the content we publish about the Mostbet Aviator game and other online casino products. We believe in full transparency, and we encourage you to read this page carefully.

1. We Earn Affiliate Commissions

rightnowfitness.in participates in affiliate marketing programs operated by online casinos and gaming platforms, including Mostbet. This means that when you click on certain links on our Site and subsequently register, deposit, or play at a partner casino, we may receive a commission from that operator.

Important: This commission is paid by the casino operator and comes at no additional cost to you. The bonuses, odds, and terms you receive are the same as (and sometimes better than) those offered to visitors who arrive at the operator's website directly.

2. Commissions Do Not Influence Our Editorial Content

Our commercial relationships with casino operators do not influence:

• The rankings of casinos or games on our Site
• The scores, ratings, or verdicts in our reviews
• The factual information we publish about the Mostbet Aviator game, including its mechanics, RTP, and risks
• Our decision to highlight drawbacks, complaints, or negative aspects of any operator

Our reviews are based on independent research, hands-on testing, and publicly available information. Operators cannot pay for a better review, a higher ranking, or the removal of criticism. Where a placement is paid for (for example, a sponsored banner), it is clearly labelled as such — see Section 3 below.

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We want you to always know when a link may earn us money. You can identify commercial links on our Site in the following ways:

• Affiliate links: Buttons and links labelled "Play Now," "Visit Casino," "Claim Bonus," or similar call-to-action text that direct you to an operator's website are typically affiliate links.
• Sponsored content: Any article, banner, or placement that has been paid for by an operator is marked with a visible label such as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Paid Promotion."
• Disclosure notices: Pages containing affiliate links display a short notice near the top of the content reminding you of this disclosure.

4. Regulatory Compliance (India)

As a website directed at readers in India, we aim to operate in line with applicable Indian advertising and consumer protection standards, including:

• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the CCPA Guidelines for Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements (2022), which require material connections between advertisers and publishers to be disclosed;
• The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code and the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media, which mandate clear and prominent disclosure of commercial relationships;
• The ASCI Guidelines on Online Gaming, which require responsible messaging around real-money gaming content.

Please note that the legal status of online gambling varies between Indian states, and offshore platforms such as Mostbet operate in a legally grey area in India. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is permitted in your state of residence before participating.

5. Reader Responsibility

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You are solely responsible for checking the legality of online gambling in your state or territory before registering with any operator.
• Gambling involves a real risk of losing money. The Aviator game is a game of chance, and no strategy, prediction tool, or review can guarantee winnings.
• You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and you should seek help if gambling stops being fun. Resources such as responsible gaming helplines and self-exclusion tools are available through licensed operators.
• rightnowfitness.in is an informational review site only. We do not operate any casino, accept bets, or process payments, and we are not liable for any losses incurred at third-party operators.
